KICK Ventures is the U.S. arm of KICK Group, a consultancy specializing in sustainability strategy, risk governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical communication
Our team brings experience from large-scale projects shaped by the operational realities of Latin American environments, particularly in energy, infrastructure, ports, logistics, and industrial operations. These are sectors in which accuracy, documentation, and consistent information flows are essential.

Our ESG specialists bring decades of combined experience in GRI/IFRS alignment, materiality, stakeholder engagement, risk governance, project management, and strategic sustainability communication.
Manoella Pagotto
Manoela designs socio-environmental diagnostics, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement processes. She develops strategic communication plans and creates inclusive, evidence-based sustainability content.
With a PhD and master’s in Social Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communication, Manoela previously served as technical consultant for UN Women’s Unstereotype Alliance and holds additional qualifications in gender equality and inclusive communication.
Valdir Júnior
Valdir leads our IFRS S1 and S2 compliance practice worldwide, providing technical oversight, designing analytical frameworks, and ensuring methodological rigor across all sustainability disclosures. As the firm’s primary point of contact, he drives seamless integration with financial statements, narrative consistency, and full regulatory assurance.
A certified IFRS consultant with a master’s degree in Management and Accounting, Valdir brings deep expertise in financial planning, controllership, compliance programs, and corporate reporting structures.
Felipe Mello
Felipe leads the ESG PMO, coordinating operations, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional integration while ensuring methodological consistency and data standardization throughout the reporting cycle.
With degrees in Biological Sciences and Global Development Practice, plus postgraduate training in Project Management, he brings over 15 years of experience in environmental policy and corporate PMO. A former analyst at Brazil’s Ministry of the Environment, Felipe was named Brazil’s Second Best Project Manager of 2025 by the Project Management Institute.
Dayvid Gagno
Dayvid leads the visual development of all client deliverables, including report design, technical layout, executive presentations, infographics, and branding elements. He translates complex sustainability and financial concepts into clear, consistent, and visually compelling materials that meet the highest corporate standards.
With a degree in Visual Communication Design and over 10 years of experience, Dayvid has built an extensive portfolio in annual reports, ESG and sustainability reports, institutional communication, and high-level executive materials. He specializes in creating visual solutions that enhance content understanding, ensure aesthetic excellence, and deliver impactful, professional-grade outputs.
